About My Journey

I used to feel lonely & empty, despite being constantly surrounded by people and travelling the world as a model. Even my six-year marriage couldn’t fill the void. I felt disconnected from myself and tried to numb the pain with smoking, staying online and shallow connections.

I didn’t fully experience true pleasure or real physical fulfillment – like orgasms – until I was 27. What changed? Through my travels, I began to encounter ancient indigenous wisdom. I stopped running from myself and started turning inward. That’s when my healing journey truly began. 

One of the most powerful discoveries I made was the transformative nature of sexual energy, not just as a source of pleasure, but as a tool for deep healing and self-realisation.

Now I share this wisdom with other women, guiding them from pain, suppression and self-doubt towards pleasure, self-worth and deep inner freedom.

I have always believed that life holds more than what meets the eye. My journey reflects everything I teach. Born into a challenging environment, I’ve undergone significant personal growth while turning many of my dreams into reality. My diverse education and training in self-development, healing, and psychology have equipped me with a broad range of knowledge and tools that I am passionate about sharing with others.

Most recently, I completed a ‘Life and Counseling Education’ in Austria, further enhancing my ability to guide individuals toward meaningful transformation. Through my work, I am committed to helping people unlock their potential, heal from within, and create lives that align with their authentic selves.

I came to Elena only because I know that she is a strong and interesting person. And I always wanted to get her abilities to see things positive and be self-confident. I blindly trusted Elena.
