DNA Activation

Feel Meditation

This meditation will take you on a journey back to yourself. Whatever may block you from living your best life – limiting beliefs, childhood wounds, traumas, unresolved emotional pain, breakup, or loneliness – it all can be transformed. The key is to feel it. When you are fully present with stagnant energies, when you allow yourself to feel them, they shift. As they transform, so does the energy you emit. And because energy attracts energy, your life transforms too.

Body Cleanse Meditation

Our bodies and organs can hold unprocessed emotions and store difficult memories from our past or present experiences. You’ve heard the saying “I need to digest this information/situation”? Just like the physical body digests food, our energetic body digests emotions and information. Painful experiences, when left unprocessed, can get trapped in the body, showing up as physical (digestive) issues and blocking the natural flow of energy. This meditation gently guides you through an energetic body cleanse, releasing stuck energy and unresolved emotions. For best results, practice it regularly, ideally once a week.

The Third Eye Meditation

This ancient practice helps clear the blockages that cloud your third eye, awakening it from its dormant state. When blocked, the third eye leads to confusion, uncertainty, cynicism, jealousy, and pessimism. You might experience self-doubt, worry, overthinking, close-mindedness, feeling lost, or seeking others’ validation and permission. A blocked third eye chakra is often recognised by uncertainty about your path or purpose, difficulty receiving higher guidance, or getting stuck in daydreaming.

Activating your third eye expands consciousness and perception, enhances intuition, strengthens spiritual and psychic abilities like telepathy & clairvoyance, and enhances decisiveness, insight, vision, mental clarity, extrasensory perception, and inner wisdom.

The third eye chakra corresponds to the pineal gland, located at the center of the brain. When activated, it opens the door to blissful meditative states. Awakening this energy is said to reveal the secrets of the universe and your soul. Philosopher and scientist René Descartes called the pineal gland “the meeting place of the physical and spiritual world, or the seat of the soul”. The pineal gland is considered to be the organ of the supreme universal connection.

Grounding Meditation

This meditation helps you stay present, reduce stress and anxiety, and cultivate a sense of calm and stability. It soothes an overactive, restless mind and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for deep relaxation. Regular practice is especially helpful if you feel ungrounded, lost, “flying around”, or struggle to manifest your ideas and dreams in the physical world. It also awakens your root chakra – your ultimate connection with your body and the Earth.
